Below are paint
colors that have been approved by your board of directors.

APPROVAL - But if you select the exact color combinations,
approval is guaranteed.

** Garage doors must be painted the
main body color or pop-out color.
** Fascia may be painted trim or pop-out
colors.
** Pop-outs must be painted pop-out or trim color.
** Front door
may be painted the pop-out or trim color. A natural wood
stain, red, or black door is acceptable, but must be submitted to the ARC
Committee for approval.
** Paint color chips from the
paint manufacturer must be submitted with paint requests.

If
you are painting your home the original colors, approval is
not required, but we would appreciate it if you would
contact Renaissance and make us aware so we don't
accidentally give you a violation notice. The paint rules
apply to all homes in the HOA regardless of builder.
